This service assists Factor4’s ISO and Agent partners with merchants abroad as well as U.S based merchants who have limited English proficiency. The translation services are available for over 100 languages. 

We added translation services to help our partners appeal to a larger audience and overcome cultural differences. This service has been popular with many niche markets including restaurants, beauty and nail salons, travel and tourism companies, and medical services. It ensures that all merchants can process gift card and loyalty transactions as well as understand how to use our programs to gain revenue and new customers.
